    Hey, Happy Belated 4th of July… I hope you all have a good one! I did have a great time.

    SHAME ON YOU, Ridor… I waited and waited for you at outside by Fireplace … you never came out. SHAME ON YOU! I HATE YOU! (Well, I could not get in Fireplace because I don’t have an ID. Dont ask me what happened to my ID. I lost it a few weeks ago.)

    Whew! I feel much better! :-D

    .::New Design Unveiled for Freedom Tower::.

    I know I have been not maintaining my blog very well lately. I have been busy with work here. As most of you know that I work with the computer 8 hours every day at work, so I try not to get on the computer more than 8 hours a day. It is tiring for me, and I needed a break for the computer. However I can always blog at home sometimes… I will try my best to blog as much as possible…

    You are lucky to hit on my blog today because I have something to say about this freedom tower idea since it has been talked for some time a while ago… it come back again!

    Looks like they are sticking with the Freedom Tower idea. However, I read the article saying that they redesigned the new look of the Freedom Tower. It looks not bad, better than before… Here are the pics with a few texts below..

    I did vote … it comes up with the result above.

    The redesign has pushed
    the completion date to 2010.

    When I look at that photo, I thought it looks much better than the old design. You know, the future is near, so we need something futurtistic look of New York City. That is a good start right there.

    Hey, look at other cities with weird towers; for instance, Hong Kong has a werid tower, called Bank of China Tower, along with the photo below of it:

    Also, London has the werid building, looks like either a narrow egg shell or a fat rocket, as you can see below:

    Finally, there is another good example, but it is a nice look though. It is Burj Al Arab, the hotel, in Dubai:

    Let’s say that we give New York a try with a cool or werid shape of the tower! It does not necessary mean that we are losting to the terrorists… because we still are building the tallest building in America, and possibly in the world. :-D

    .::Would You Live in the Sky City?::.

    YES this time, I am talking about this interesting thing! Be ready to be astounded!

    Last Sunday, I was watching Discovery.com, and I was in awe to see that Japan proposes something that we would never think of. It is called Sky City.

    Image hosted by Photobucket.com

    It said it would be the tallest skyscraper in the world, about twice as tall as the the Taipei 101, which is at 1,667 feet tall. This Sky City will have three towers, at 3,300 feets tall!

    “Sky City would include apartments to house 35,000 people, a stadium, an airport, a system of monorails, and as many businesses and entertainment facilities as a city that size. They even say that people will be able to live and work in the lower levels while the upper levels are still being built.”

    Wow! Again, all in one: Apartments, a stadium, an airport, even a system of monoroails, many businesses and entertainment facilities! Sky City!

    Another pic of Sky City:

    More pics what it will look like, from top to bottom from the top image:

    Would you want to live in one of apartments on top, at 3,000 feets tall? I don’t know if I would want to live on that top. I probably would stay away from the windows, because I may be dizzy and lost the balance if I see from that height. WOW… But yeah it looks very nice. Monorails, green space, and stadium and business and enteraintment in one. I dont have to go anywhere. LOL.

    .::Atlantic Tunnel::.

    One interesting thing has got me to explore things on Discovery.com… That interesting thing is not what I am going to talk about this entry. I will post when I am ready! ;-)

    This is about…

    Image hosted by Photobucket.com

    According to http://www.atlantic.com, I just learned that the tunnel has taken 63 years to complete the 3261 miles of tunnel from Swansea to New Jersey. It will be available in 2009. which is about 4 years from now. We will be going to experience it one day. It said that it will take 8 hours and 20 minutes.

    However, Discovery.com says something different; it said it would take 54 MINUTES from here to UK! And it will be 3,100 miles-long.

    I don’t know which one is more accurate…

    Here is the map:

    I think it will be gonna be an interesting trip under the aqua world. When you click Transatlantic Tunnel below, you will see a few images of it.

    To answer that question, I probably would want to try riding on the high speed train from here to UK… I am sure it is very expensive to buy a ticket.

      I think the possibilty of building a Transatlantic tunnel would be much better then the Eurostar, as it would usher in a whole new way of Travelling extremely fast by Train, and it would allow people who are afraid of Flying to travel by other means in no time at all!
      I think work start straight away, and U.K, and U.S.A Government’s should work closely together

      I know very little about the net or how to contact someone however I would like to talk to the persons that are heading up the design of the transatlantic tunnel I have a way to save up to 50 percent of the cost and increase safety in addition cut the project time in half your thinking thats not possable but i assure you it is this could make the tunnel a reallity think outside the box!! Thank you Paul Reddis

    .::Who is Lotsa de Casha?::.

    Image hosted by Photobucket.com

    He is the richest and the most miserable man in the world.
    He is greyhound (the dog).

    What about him?

    Ahh, yes, Madonna wrote the children’s book about him. She wrote this because of Madonna’s message: Money can’t buy happiness. You can read the article about this.

    Here is the summary of Lotsa de Casha…

    Her book, Lotsa de Casha was released last Tuesday. I was facinated with her book illustrations.

    .::Cash, Charge or Fingerprint?::.

    You would not believe this. Now they are experimenting a index finger scan, which will deduct the money from the checking account when paying something in the convenience store. They are doing that in Sterling now. WOW….

    Three or four days a week, Darren Hiers gets lunch at a Sterling convenience store near the car dealership where he works. He grabs a chicken sandwich and a soda and heads to the checkout counter, where a little gadget scans his index finger and instantly deducts the money from his checking account. (more)
